What is the Political Courage Test?
This candidate has responded to a Political Courage Test in a previous election. As a continued effort to provide the American public with factual information on candidates running for public office, these archived responses are made available here.

Presidential Election 2008 Political Courage Test

The Political Courage Test asks candidates which items they will support if elected. It does not ask them to indicate which items they will oppose. Through extensive research of public polling data, we discovered that voters are more concerned with what candidates would support when elected to office, not what they oppose. If a candidate does not select a response to any part or all of any question, it does not necessarily indicate that the candidate is opposed to that particular item.

Indicate which principles you support (if any) regarding abortion.

a) Abortions should always be illegal.
b) Abortions should always be legal.
c) Abortions should be legal only within the first trimester.
d) Abortions should be legal when the pregnancy resulted from incest or rape.
e) Abortions should be legal when the life of the woman is endangered.
f) Dilation and extraction or "partial-birth" abortion procedures should be legal.
g) Medicare, Medicaid, or federal subsidies should be prohibited from being used on abortion procedures.
Major responsiblity for funding any of these programs state by state are the responsibility of local level funding. Behavior planning and schooling for all adults should be made available in regards to responsibility about conception control, safe sex, financial consultation prior to any children being conceived. But as to abortions concerning the civil rights of the female, should not be violated whatsoever. Since no one on this planet has been able to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that there may or may not be an afterlife it is between the individual's personal beliefs whether to abort or not.

Start collecting what other international governments owe; also, most of the voting public need to be illuminated about the fact that there are certain things including eyes only top-secret matters that have a mandatory effect on any political figure running for office. This taken into account should make everyone aware why His Majesty holds partially silent on many matters covered in this test. Politicians have made promises repeatedly for decades to the public about budgets, taxes, etc., then end up having to eat their words retracting their campaign platforms. His Majesty can guarantee only what Common Sense will allow.
Answers change on the debriefing I would get if I was recognized as new leader of the United States of Turtle Island; also, there are too many VCL's in this nation at the state, federal, and local level. His Majesty highly suspects much treachery on the general population's Civil Rights, and that the general managers in the associated offices of all political representatives don't use enough SOP initiatives. Because of this, this country will continue to have the kind of repeated problems we have seen and felt for decades. DEBRIEFING IS THE KEY WORD ESPECIALLY CONCERNING TOP SECRET SUBJECTS.
Tax programs are decided on by the workings of many people. No candidate in his or her right mind or wrong mind has any business promising fantastic tax changes. These promises almost always turn out to be shallow or whitewashed. If the people really want a great tax manager His Majesty says "look in the mirror." The Voter is the first person in line not by who they elect as President but by how the President, Congress, and the Senate as well as their office managers TRULY work together to give the people the most advantageous successful tax programs.
Refer to #3 on the Family Taxes answer.

Indicate which principles you support (if any) regarding campaign finance and government reform.

a) Support public taxpayer funding for federal candidates who comply with campaign spending limits.
b) Remove all contribution limits on federal campaigns and parties.
c) Support prohibiting ads containing candidates' name that are paid for by third parties from airing 60 days before a primary and 30 days before a general federal election.
d) Support instant run-off voting (IRV).
e) Support designating Election Day as a national holiday.
f) Support giving the President the power of the line item veto for items concerning appropriations.
g) Support limiting the President’s use of signing statements in order to prevent an alternative interpretation of the bill.
h) Support a federal shield law to protect reporter-source privilege.
Again these remedies if any are complex and have many peoples working on them. Answers to complex issues do not grow on trees. And so His Majesty says let all the candidates who are getting all that campaign money, and attention in the controlled money-orientated press, challenge me to a free-for-all debate to get a slight glimpse of some of my master plans. His Majesty will not share them here with no Press and no Media.

Indicate which principles you support (if any) regarding crime.

a) Support the use of the death penalty for federal crimes.
X b) Eliminate the use of the death penalty for federal crimes.
X c) Support programs to provide prison inmates with vocational and job-related skills and job-placement assistance when released.
X d) Support programs to provide prison inmates with drug and alcohol addiction treatment.
X e) Reduce prison sentences for those who commit non-violent crimes.
f) Support mandatory jail sentences for selling illegal drugs.
X g) Decriminalize the possession of small amounts of marijuana.
h) Support strict penalties for internet crime (e.g. hacking, identity theft, worms/viruses).
On criminal issues His Majesty needs only one law that will deal with Capital crimes, and repeat offenders; the rest of existing laws can be streamlined and simplified over a 4 year period or less with this one law most all crime would stop in it's tracks. The Emperors special security plan would end the majority of drug selling and addicts would be forced to be in rehab programs legalizing marijuana and taxing it and changing the way cigarettes are used. Fringe benefits will come from this new endeavor.

Indicate which principles you support (if any) regarding education.

a) Support the federal government funding universal pre-kindergarten programs.
b) Allow parents to use vouchers to send their children to any public school.
c) Allow parents to use vouchers to send their children to any private or religious school.

i) Require universities to disclose financial relationships with lenders.
j) Support federal education standards and testing requirements for k-12 students (No Child Left Behind).
k) Eliminate all federal education standards and testing requirements for k-12 students (No Child Left Behind).
Federal government is not fully responsible for the education of it's people. All peoples are free to teach themselves or learn from schools and teachers. Ultimately it is up to the city, county, and state to provide the first contributions to education. If and when the lower levels prove they're doing their job then the government steps in to match their hard work with matching dollars.

Indicate which principles you support (if any) regarding employment.

a) Increase funding for national job-training programs that retrain displaced workers or teach skills needed in today’s job market.
b) Reduce government regulation of the private sector in order to encourage investment and economic expansion.
c) Encourage employers to offer child care services, flex-time scheduling, comp-time, and unpaid leave for family emergencies.
X d) Increase the federal minimum wage.
e) Support the right of workers to unionize.
X f) Eliminate all federal programs designed to reduce unemployment.
It isn't completely the responsibility of the Federal Government to guarantee jobs for people. They take on that responsibility and risk when they work for free enterprise system just as the government is not responsible for the success of corporations or business except for rare exceptions, corporations should never be bailed out of financial failures. Again, debreifing of the internal workings between the government and corporations is utmost importance here for any of the candidates that run for any office.

Indicate which principles you support (if any) regarding the environment and energy.

X a) Strengthen the regulation and enforcement of the Clean Water Act.
X b) Strengthen the regulation and enforcement of the Clean Air Act.
c) Support increased development of traditional energy resources (e.g. coal, natural gas, oil).
d) Strengthen emission controls on all gasoline and diesel-powered engines, including cars, trucks, and sport utility vehicles.
X e) Strengthen fuel efficiency standards on all gasoline and diesel-powered engines, including cars, trucks, and sport utility vehicles.
f) Support domestic oil exploration in areas that are currently restricted.
X g) Encourage further development and use of alternative fuels.
X h) Support the use of ethanol as an alternative fuel.
i) Support research and development of nuclear reactors as an alternative energy source.
j) Allow energy producers to trade pollution credits under "cap and trade" laws.
X k) Support international mandatory emission targets to limit global warming.
X l) Support international voluntary emission targets to limit global warming.
Place more incentives for helping states to build Mono Rail Systems commuter trains across the country to limit the need for so many cars, trucks, and SUV's and more programs to help people work from home.

Indicate which principles you support (if any) regarding guns.On (g) and (h), indicate what levels (#1-6) you support for the following categories.

d) Ban the sale, ownership or possession of handguns except by law enforcement or other government officials.
e) Require gun owners to store guns in a safe or lockbox, or to have them disabled with a trigger lock.
f) Allow individuals to carry guns on college campuses.
Maintain Status g) Enforcement of existing restrictions on the purchase and possession of guns.
Maintain Status h) Restrictions on the purchase and possession of guns.
Hopefully His Majesty can implement a new program (cheap) which would help end gun violence except for rare instances or unusual circumstances and practically any reasonable citizen can own all the guns they can afford but I will not divulge the idea until I am completely and absolutely in charge of United States government affairs, both foreign and domestic.

Indicate which principles you support (if any) regarding health.

a) Implement a universal healthcare program to guarantee coverage to all Americans, regardless of income.
b) Expand eligibility for tax-free medical savings accounts.

d) Support expanding prescription drug coverage under Medicare.
e) Offer tax credits to individuals and small businesses to offset the cost of insurance coverage.
f) Support expanding child healthcare programs.
g) Allow doctors to prescribe marijuana to their patients for medicinal purposes.
h) Providing healthcare is not a responsibility of the federal government.
His MAjesty would support an aid, any healthcare program, which would help the general population, but it is still the responsibility of each adult to be consistent in their routine dietary needs and excercise to keep them physically fit so they can care for their children. It is up to the states to provide healthcare programs that have proven track records of success; then the federal government can contribute.

Indicate which principles you support (if any) regarding immigration.

a) Decrease the number of legal immigrants allowed into the country.
b) Establish English as the official national language.
c) Support a temporary worker program.

e) Support amnesty for illegal immigrants already working in the United States.
f) Illegal immigrants should have to return to their countries of origin before being considered for citizenship.
g) Illegal immigrants should be given a pathway to citizenship.
h) Support merit-based visas over family-based visas.
On Amnesty jurisdiction it should primarily lie with the State where illegal entries are occurring. State should be protecting their own borders and each Governer and State Assembly as well as the counties where these illegal entries are occurring are responsible to stop this activity. Help from the federal authorities should only occur under certain conditions.

On International Aid, His Majesty says debriefing is needed in order to coordinate the kind of special answers this test is asking; top-secret information, and client confidentiality is of tantamount importance between foreign countries. Without a truthful debriefing candidates can say all they want, can promise the Sun, the Moon, and the Stars but they'll always end up with egg on their face as President.
I have a proposal which would end the War in Iraq today January 8, 2008. Unfortunately I'm not a recognized Emperor with full dictatorial authority. The U.S. will lose this war because of all the Civilian and Military personnel that's been expired by fanatical opposition. Both sides always lose any common ground to bring a lasting peace. This war is about money. The Bilderberg Group, Trilateral Commission, CFR and the Williamsburg Asiatic Window Group are the groups controlling these situations. Because U.S. never will admit to the truth it will never be free from alleged terrorists' retaliations.
Debriefing is necessary. Candidates should not use the news or other unsubstantiated reporting to promise the voters any solution they may not be able to deliver on.
Debreifing is needed in this one.

Indicate which principles you support (if any) regarding national security.

No a) Do you support using military tribunals to try suspected terrorists when ordinary civilian courts are deemed inappropriate or impractical?
Yes b) Should law enforcement agencies have greater discretion to monitor domestic communications, to prevent future terrorist attacks?
No c) Should the United States hold foreign states accountable for terrorists who operate in their country?
No d) Should the federal government increase funding to states and cities for homeland security?
No e) Do you support pre-emptive military strikes against countries deemed to be a threat to United States national security?
No f) Do you support the creation of a federal identification card system?
No g) Do you support long-term use of National Guard troops to supplement the armed forces in assignments overseas?
Yes h) Should the United States expand its missile defense shield?
The Emperors master security plan would protect 90-95% successful homeland security. The rest of the issues are complex and needed as national security debriefing in order to answer these questions with great accuracy.

Indicate which principles you support (if any) regarding social issues.

Yes a) Should same-sex couples be allowed to form civil unions?
Yes b) Should same-sex couples be allowed to marry?
No c) Do you support a federal constitutional amendment defining marriage as between a man and a woman?
Undecided d) Should sexual orientation be included in federal anti-discrimination laws?
Yes e) Do you support federal funding for research on existing embryonic stem cell lines?
Yes f) Do you support federal funding to create lines of stem cells from new embryos?
No g) Should the federal government consider race and gender in government contracting decisions?
Undecided h) Do you support affirmative action in public college admissions?
Undecided i) Should the federal government continue affirmative action programs?
No j) Should the federal government regulate internet gambling?
As far as same sex marriage is concerned the country already has laws that are supposed to protect each individual's rights, "even though it does not". What two consenting adults, male or female, do is their own business and people need to stop sticking their noses in other people's private affairs. Waiving your straight or gay affairs in public is just plain stupid. And usually this stupid tactic is used just to get media attention. If that's what those type of people want, then it becomes a form of self-damage. Wake up to common sense before it's too late.

Indicate which principles you support (if any) regarding Social Security.

X a) Allow workers to invest a portion of their payroll tax in private accounts that they manage themselves.
X b) Ensure the viability of Social Security by increasing the payroll tax.
c) Decrease benefits paid to retirees.
X d) Support proportional increases of Social Security benefits based on the cost of living index.
e) Raise the retirement age for individual eligibility to receive full Social Security benefits.
Without a detailed investigation of the whole social security program with comments and consultation by the true experts in the social security administration no full and comprehensive position can be made at this time.

Indicate which principles you support (if any) regarding welfare and poverty.

a) Require welfare recipients to spend at least 40 hours a week in a combination of work and training programs.
b) Continue to give states and local governments flexibility in and responsibility for welfare programs through federal block grants.
c) Support housing assistance for welfare recipients.
d) Abolish all federal welfare programs.
This question is related to Health, Abortion, Drug, and Welfare and that's why the President's cabinet has a Secretary of Health Education and Welfare. Again it is the States responsibilty because of jurisdiction, self-esteem of these indivuals has to be increased. Their phsychological mind is usually damaged, some more than others, so welfare and poverty programs are changing anyway and evolving through many people's work. So these issues will be better answered once I am recognized as Emperor and President of the United States through a coup de tat.
First: To bring a thousand year peace. Second: To maintain an ideal government during my administration. Third: To establish a better editing form through a new set of codes established by myself and to further edit and improve both the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the European Union. Both documents are flawed to date and although many intelligent people have contributed to both it will never be complete without my special touch. Planet Earth is a tiny less than a speck than this almost infinite 12 billion light year wide Universe. Life can only be precious to all of us on this sphere and only to us. The wars, the love, the hate has produced us to our evolution at the level we're at today. If you take the complete number of DNA of one person and unravel it all you could stretch out beyond our solar system. About 75 people would complete one light year. Creatures on Planet Earth are amazing. Don't waste it all now on candidates that have not achieved the mental capabilites necessary for such a complex job. Your choice is simple. Overthrow the election and install me as your EMPEROR.
